Welcome to Brio Store! We always strive to provide you with an enjoyable and secure online shopping experience. By visiting and using this website, you warrant and agree to be bound by the current Terms and Conditions.
1. Privacy Policy & Communication
Your personal information will be used to communicate with you regarding the website, your orders, and your shipments. We will send you a confirmation message upon registration, as well as other notifications whenever necessary.
2. Value Added Tax (VAT)
All prices listed on the website are inclusive of the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable on the day of your order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products sold by Brio through its website.
3. Order Cancellation and Modification
The customer has the right to cancel the order only if the order status is still "New" (جديد).
If the order is cancelled while its status is "Ready" (جاهز) or "In Transit/Out for Delivery" (جاري التوصيل), the customer shall bear the shipping and waiting fees until the shipment is returned to us. The cancellation procedures and refund will be completed within a maximum of 14 business days.
Brio Store reserves the right to change or modify the designated shipping company after the customer places the order.
4. Warranty Policy
All Brio devices are subject to the approved warranty policy within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers the internal hardware/structure only and strictly excludes the external body/casing of the product.
The warranty period is calculated starting from the date of the product's original order.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
The customer must contact customer service using the same phone number from which the order was placed. If contacted from a different number, we regret that we will not be able to serve you.
The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If the product has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping fees will be charged to the customer if they refuse to receive/accept the delivery.
Shipping fees apply and will be charged for all return and exchange processes.
Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at physical branches.
6. Device Troubleshooting & Technical Issues
If your device experiences a technical malfunction, you can contact our customer service representative by following these steps:
Provide the customer service representative with a video clearly demonstrating the issue you are facing with the device.
After verification, the representative will direct you to either hand over the device to the nearest branch or provide you with a shipping label to deliver the product to the shipping company.
If the malfunction is a manufacturing defect, a replacement device will be shipped to the customer.
If it is determined that the issue is due to misuse and not a manufacturing defect, the device will be returned to the customer, and the customer will bear all shipping costs.
The replacement process takes place within 15 days from the date the device is received by the Brio store.
7. Promotional Offers
Customers are entitled to benefit from "Buy One, Get One Free" (BOGO) offers according to the specific products selected within the designated category.
Customers have the right to apply any valid code for free shipping.
If a customer wishes to return products purchased as part of a bundle package (marketing bundles), they must either return the entire bundle or return the discounted product only.
Customers are not entitled to return a free product for a cash refund.
8. Discount Coupons
Discount coupons are valid for a limited time only. Once the coupon expires, it cannot be used or reactivated.
Each coupon has a minimum order value required for activation.
Discount coupons cannot be applied to bundle packages (marketing bundles).
Customers are entitled to use only one (1) coupon code per order.
Important Note: Approving and completing the order constitutes full agreement to all Terms and Conditions. Brio shall not bear any liability if the customer fails to review them.
